Praise God!! We are so excited. This is China's official approval for us to adopt our daughter! Our agency contacted us yesterday to let us know they received it and would be mailing it overnight to us. The plan was for me to intercept it at work today so we could quickly sign it and get it back in the mail and onward towards the next step. It actually was delivered to our home because there was a terrible accident on I-80 and the roads near our office were used to divert the traffic. The FedEx changed his route and went towards our home first! So, John ran it in, we signed it, and he got it in the mail. I just checked and the packages are on their way! One goes to our agency and the other to the USCIS to get US approval to adopt Shay. We already have pre-approval (our I800A). Now we are requesting to specifically adopt Shay (our I800). We are praying there are no delays or need for further documentation. At this point, the hope is that we will be traveling in 8-10 weeks. Did I say we are SOOO excited???!!!
